Shipping Policy

At Nocturne, every piece is checked by hand before it leaves our atelier. That means our timelines run a touch longer than fast-fashion brands — by design.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days from the time they ship. Some routes may take slightly longer depending on customs in your country. We'd rather be honest about that than promise a window we can't keep.

Free worldwide on every order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, write to us — we may be able to arrange it.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. The link is in your shipping confirmation email. Note that tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate after you receive it, so don't be alarmed if it shows no movement at first.

Address errors

If you entered the wrong address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window we may not be able to redirect the package, and any reshipping costs would fall to you.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't with you, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most "lost" parcels turn up within 48 hours. If it doesn't surface, write to us and we'll arrange a replacement.

If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
